3. by ordering a takeaway using our online ordering service or by using an App. When you place a takeaway order online we may collect information such as what items you’ve browsed, your favourite orders, if you’ve applied any dietary filters and if you have selected one of our restaurants as a favourite
4. by inputting your payment details – but only in order to complete a transaction
5. by registering to use our Delivery or in-restaurant Wi-Fi services
6. by allowing us to collect your physical geolocation through our App (if you have enabled Location Services and agreed to allow Houston’s Sports Bar to send you Push messages)
7. by corresponding with our Customer Service team by email, in writing, on social media or telephone, in which case we may hold the content of your emails, letters or conversations together with your title, name, email address, the social media username that you’re using, telephone number and our responses
We also collect information about your device, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, the geographical location of your device, how you use our Service, and the date and length of your visit. This information is collected automatically. This information is aggregated and it does not identify you as an individual. We do this to help improve your experience on our Service.

By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the Terms of Use then you may not access the App.
In order to utilise the App and access its services, you must meet the following user requirements: i. You must be aged 18 or over to download and use the App ii. If alcoholic or age-restricted products are purchased, both the purchaser and any intended consumer must be aged 18 or over and able to provide valid ID upon request iii. Your admission to licensed premises and service by the team is subject to licensing laws as well as any applicable Houston’s policies or procedures.
Houston’s accepts no responsibility for any damage or data loss caused to your mobile telephone or handheld device as a result of downloading the App.
The pub manager may exercise their sole discretion to refuse to serve any guest or to make any other decision with the intention of observing and upholding the licensing objectives, as well as any applicable Houston’s policies or procedures.
REFUND POLICY
1. All products and offers are subject to availability. The pub manager may offer alternative products or refunds at their sole discretion. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once the order has been placed.
2. Any refunds due will be processed through the pub’s till during the same day or can be refunded via the Payment Gateway provider merchant portal. Refunded sums will be returned to the PayPal account or originating card within 72 hours, but may be dependent on your bank.
